Information we collect

We may collect contact information, membership information, scheduling data, studio interaction data, measurement-related information, device outputs, communications, payment-related information, website analytics, and attribution information.

How information is used

We use information to operate the website, manage waitlist and membership flows, coordinate studio services, present reports, improve member experience, maintain safety and security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with members.

Third-party providers and processors

Blood samples, imaging data, device outputs, and related measurements may be collected, processed, analyzed, stored, or reported by third-party providers, laboratories, equipment vendors, or service providers. Body's role may include coordinating access, presenting results, and supporting longitudinal organization of information.

Health information and HIPAA

Some information may be protected health information when handled by a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Other information may be health-related but not subject to HIPAA. Where HIPAA applies, we handle information according to applicable obligations and agreements.

Security and SOC 2

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. This public policy does not make a SOC 2 certification claim.

AI and automation

Body may use software, automation, and artificial intelligence to organize, summarize, or present information. We use safeguards designed to protect information in these workflows.
